1. For how long my listing will
be published?
Your listing will be published for 30 days.
2. If I sold the book before the end of the 30 days,
should I delete the account?
Keep your account operate since your account can be capable of having
more then one book listing. If you have been listed two or more book
listings, and you sold one of them, simply delete the book listing
that has been sold.
3. Is the service is Free?
As of today, the service is free.
4. Can I upgrade my listing?
Yes. You can upgrade your listing and be above all the regular
book listings under your books subject. Login to your account,
click on upgrade and follow instruction.
5. There is a fee for upgrading?
Yes. Upgrading is $2.99 for 30 days.
6. Is this a good idea to list my Phone Number?
Yes. Listing your phone number can be a good idea to sell your book
faster. However, you have the option to list only your e-mail address.
7. Is my e-mail address is protected from Spam?
Absolutely. Our system is using stealth email - no email address is
ever shown in the clear. All email is sent in the background by the
system using non published data. Selling your book on this website
without the fear of being bombarded by junk email. Your email address
is never published.
8. Do I need to renew my listing
if the book has not been sold?
Yes. A renewal is necessary. The system will not automatically renew
your listing.
9. What if a distant student
contact me?
You can open a Paypal account to collect your money. After receiving
your money, you should mail the textbooks to the student.

12. I cannot see the major that I need, what should I do?
If you are trying to add a textbook and you cannot see the textbook's
major, you can contact us by e-mail with a request to add a major.

13. I added my textbook but with the wrong major, how do I
change it?
E-mail us your CKEY and Book's ISBN and the major that the textbook
needs to be listed at and we will make the change.
